Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who excels at navigating the complexities of modern software development projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading cross-functional teams, employing Agile methodologies, and aligning technology projects with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, fostering clear communication and accountability. Leverage Agile practices like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain project momentum. Identify and mitigate project risks, and adjust plans proactively to meet changing requirements. Use project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello for tracking progress and transparency. Lead post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve processes for future projects. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to align projects with best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in software development or IT. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to effectively manage technical teams. Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
