Technical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex software projects from planning to launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management and a solid understanding of full-stack development. While hands-on coding is not a primary responsibility, the ability to engage in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Management & Execution Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within scope. Define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership. Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve execution and delivery. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure feasibility. Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions where needed. Participate in code reviews or design sprints (bonus). Stay informed about modern tech stacks and industry trends. Stakeholder & Team Communication Act as the bridge between tech, product, and business teams. Clearly communicate project status, blockers, and scope changes. Coordinate with vendors or external partners if required. Process Optimization & Agile Practices Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and tooling. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence. Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills 2+ years of experience in technical project management. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Linear). Exposure to full-stack development or hands-on coding background (even if not recent). Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making under pressure. Empathy, collaboration, and team-first mindset. Bonus Points Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
