About Aggdirect Logistics: Aggdirect is an innovative logistics and supply chain platform, revolutionizing material delivery management through technology-driven solutions. We are on a mission to optimize logistics operations and offer seamless user experiences through our suite of mobile and web-based products. Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Mobile App Development Team Lead to drive the mobile product development for Aggdirect Logistics. You will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers, designing native iOS and Android apps, and collaborating with backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-focused logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the mobile app development team in building, releasing, and maintaining native iOS and Android applications. 2.Collaborate closely with product management to translate business goals and user needs into functional app experiences. 3.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices. 4.Architect mobile apps in alignment with backend systems, APIs, and database design. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 5.Oversee delivery of development milestones, project planning, and task delegation. Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively resolve bottlenecks. 6.Contribute to the product vision by identifying opportunities for feature improvements, user engagement, and innovation. 7.Coordinate with QA and DevOps for smooth deployment and testing cycles. Requirements: 1.5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development. 2.Proven experience leading development teams and delivering production-grade apps. Expertise in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C). 3.Strong understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud architecture. 4.Experience working with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. 5.Proactive problem-solver with a passion for building scalable and efficient mobile solutions. 6.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. 7.Ability to understand the bigger picture and align development work with strategic product goals. Preferred Qualifications: 8.Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation tech. 9.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, analytics, and mobile testing frameworks. 10.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with design, QA, and marketing teams.
