Job Summary : We’re looking for an Android Developer with 3+ years of Kotlin experience to build modern, high-performance apps using Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Hilt. You’ll work cross-functionally across design, backend, and QA to ship end-to-end features with clean architecture and modern tooling. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack libraries Work with designers and backend teams to ship complete features Implement modern architecture (MVVM, modularization) Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and background tasks (WorkManager) Write tests, debug issues, and participate in code reviews Stay updated with modern Android trends (Compose, KMP, etc.) Must have Qualifications: 3+ years of Android dev experience (Kotlin-first) Strong in MVVM, Coroutines + Flow, Jetpack components Experience with Hilt/Dagger, Retrofit, Git workflows Familiarity with Jetpack Compose (POC or production) Solid debugging, testing, and code quality practices Bonus Points Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Realtime Database, FCM) Background processing (WorkManager) Published apps / open source contributions Agile/Scrum experience What We Look For You write clean, maintainable code You’re a team player who adapts quickly You take ownership and love learning What We Offer Remote-friendly, flexible culture Strong engineering team and mentorship Career growth into senior or platform roles.
