Technical Program Manager (TPM)

You’ll act as the connective tissue between engineering teams, product, and leadership — ensuring smooth coordination, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement. The CTO will focus on customer requirements, AI initiatives, and platform evolution — while you take charge of translating that vision into execution.

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution across 

  Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps

   teams
• Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines
• Collaborate closely with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts — ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems
• Participate in architecture and design discussions; understand technical trade-offs and dependencies
• Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team
• Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams
• Join customer discussions when needed, representing the tech team confidently and clearly
• Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance
  

• 5+ years of experience

   in technical program management or engineering leadership roles in fast-paced startups or product companies
• Strong technical foundation — ideally with hands-on experience in:

• Python

   (legacy systems)

• Golang

   (current backend stack)

• Angular

   (frontend)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and modern development workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — equally comfortable talking to engineers and customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies with tight deadlines
