Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate the product roadmap for SCRM offerings—monitoring, mapping, mitigation workflows, compliance agents.
- Stay at the forefront of SCRM technology evolution, understanding how agentic AI and autonomous orchestration reshape the landscape.
- Benchmark against top industry players to drive innovation.
Technical Product Management
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define features—like real-time monitoring, tiered mapping, risk scoring, “what-if” scenario planning, and AI-driven compliance workflows.
- Vibe coding/experimentation, functional specs, user stories, and backlog items.
- Facilitate new algorithm integration and rigorous QA for high-impact risk scenarios.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct user research through interviews with supply chain experts, procurement teams, and clients in high-risk industries (e.g., automotive, life sciences, high tech).
- Surface unmet needs like enhanced sub-tier visibility, regulatory tracking, and proactive mitigation recommendations.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives, demos, and ROI justifications—like modeling potential disruption cost reduction or response acceleration.
Delivery & Go-to-Market
- Drive agile development sprints, backlog prioritization, and feature sign-off.
- Coordinate external beta programs with select enterprise customers for feedback loops.
- Collaborate on documentation, training materials, internal enablement, and launch campaigns.
Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics—customer adoption, time-to-detect/resolve disruptions, risk mitigation ROI.
- Use analytics to identify friction points; iterate rapidly based on data insights.
Your Profile:
Education & Industry Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years in Product Management or technical roles, specifically in supply chain visibility, or related domains.
- Prior experience working with AI-driven or SaaS-based supply chain platforms is a plus.
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of SCRM fundamentals—identification, risk scoring, mitigation, supply chain resilience, multi-tier mapping, regulatory compliance, predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, real-time monitoring, data pipelines, and “what-if” simulation tools.
- Comfortable with cloud platforms and microservices; experience with Azure or similar environments is advantageous.
Product Leadership & Communication
- Track record of building enterprise-grade products with strong user adoption.
- Excellent at distilling complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile mindset, customer-obsessed, and proactive in problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
