You will be joining Asymbl, an innovative technology company that empowers businesses to shape the future of work through advanced recruiting applications, certified Salesforce consulting, and digital labor advisory. The company values a culture of relentless curiosity, trust, integrity, and customer-focus. **Responsibilities:** - **Translate the Product Strategy & Vision:** - Understand customer needs and market trends to translate them into product capabilities that align with the product strategy. - Define the product delivery roadmap by prioritizing features based on technical feasibility, market demand, and resource constraints. - Effectively communicate the product vision to internal teams and external audiences. - **Product Development & Execution:** - Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications. - Act as a product owner to enable continuous delivery, maintain a healthy backlog, monitor development progress, and ensure timely release of features. - Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria to ensure product quality. - **Technical Expertise and Deep Salesforce Knowledge:** - Understand the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations. - Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases. - Provide technical guidance based on Salesforce knowledge and Asymbl architecture understanding. - **Collaboration and Communication:** - Work cross-functionally within Asymbl to ensure successful product development and launch. - Keep stakeholders informed about product progress and gather user feedback for continuous product improvement. **Qualifications:** - 5 years of industry experience in B2B SaaS, with a preference for staffing & recruiting. - 2+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams. - 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data model, and security/entitlements model. - Minimum Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Proactive personality with a can-do attitude. - Excellent relationship-building and analytical skills. - Responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions. - Ability to tailor communication to various audiences. - Experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams. - Outstanding written communication skills. - Strategic approach to solution design. - Change agent mentality with experience in AGILE software development methodologies.
