Key Responsibilities

Technical & Architectural Leadership

• Design and validate

  scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS architectures

  .
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define technical strategy, architecture, and integration approaches (APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure).
• Provide technical guidance across engineering, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Facilitate technical brainstorming sessions, ensuring robust design and implementation practices.

Product Ownership, Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Take full ownership of multiple SaaS products, driving vision, strategy, and execution.
• Engage directly with

  prospects and customers

  to gather requirements, validate needs, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Negotiate with customers on

  feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines

  while maintaining business priorities.
• Define clear

  Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria

  , translating business and customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary Product Owner, ensuring SaaS solutions meet both

  market demands

  and

  enterprise-grade standards

  .
• Align stakeholders with the Product roadmap and priorities.
• Cross Selling solutions for consistent team engagements

Project & Team Management

• Lead

  cross-functional and cross-cultural teams of 30+ engineers distributed over multiple continents

  , ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
• Drive the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps using tools like

  Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project

  .
• Oversee resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management across concurrent SaaS initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure measurable delivery excellence.
• Provide executive-level updates to stakeholders and company leadership.

Requirements

Solid and in-depth architectural level technical background. This is a must.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

• 8+ years of experience

  in Product Management / Technical Project Management within SaaS, including at least

  3+ years in a leadership role managing 20+ engineers

  .
• Proven ability to define, launch, and scale successful SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in

  SaaS product lifecycle, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cloud-native architectures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project

  .
• Excellent

  customer-facing skills

  with proven ability to negotiate scope, timeline, and technical feasibility.
• Exceptional

  stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills

  .
• Strong communication skills to bridge

  business and technical discussions

  .
