Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with demonstrated success in real-world production environments. Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and agent-based AI systems. Expertise in NLP, voice AI, and Reinforcement Learning. Proven ability to develop and deploy solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences, with an understanding of the domains challenges and regulations. Experience in the fintech domain will be a strong plus. Experience in designing APIs and building scalable microservices for AI inference and data processing. Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Git). Working knowledge of workflow automation frameworks. Masters degree in Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (PhD or research background is a strong advantage).
