Data Scientist - Python/LLM

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Deep Learning, ideally with experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Fintech domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of research acumen and enterprise solution delivery, capable of leading the design and deployment of AI-powered platforms for complex, high-impact business challenges.This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will work on next-gen AI products including intelligent assistants, enterprise automation tools, and AI-integrated decision systems designed to improve operational efficiency and user engagement in regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of LLM-powered solutions, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and dynamic context handling.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows to automate and streamline business operations across healthcare, life sciences, and fintech use cases.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML pipelines, ensuring alignment with domain-specific compliance and data sensitivity requirements.
• Build and optimize Reinforcement Learning-based digital twin models and autonomous decision systems.
• Develop intelligent enterprise search and customer service automation tools using GenAI, NLP, and multi-intent query understanding.
• Design robust, production-grade ML services using Python, Flask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerized deployment via Docker.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build data-centric products and drive research-to-deployment lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership in system architecture, MLOps integration, and solution optimization for real-time performance.
• Contribute to internal documentation, training, and patentable innovation initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with demonstrated success in real-world production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and agent-based AI systems.
• Expertise in NLP, voice AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences, with an understanding of the domains challenges and regulations.
• Experience in the fintech domain will be a strong plus.
• Experience in designing APIs and building scalable microservices for AI inference and data processing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Git).
• Working knowledge of workflow automation frameworks.
• Masters degree in Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (PhD or research background is a strong advantage).
