Technical Manager

• Putting together and leading the team: design engineer, project managers, draughtsmen, methods technicians, industrialisation manager, etc;
• Studying the technical and economic feasibility of projects
• Design product developments
• Distribute the work according to each person's expertise and workload
• Manage any sub-contracting: draw up invitations to tender, select partners, etc.
• Optimise the resources to be deployed, work organisation and manufacturing lead times
• Drawing up the costs and manufacturing plans for the works to be built upstream of the projects
• Liaise with the Production and Purchasing departments, etc.
• Take charge of all quality improvement actions arising from the quality system, quantify them and implement the resulting action plans,
• Design solutions to optimise production quality
• Check the quality of subcontractors' services
• Ensure compliance of finished products (specifications, standards, etc.)
• Implement the environmental management system in accordance with the iso 14001 standard
• Monitor regulations and standards and represent management in dealings with authorities in these areas.
  

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software, CAPM and 3D design software (Solidworks) is desirable,
• Technical skills required by the company: steel and aluminium welding, robotic tools, logistics and technical packaging, 2D and 3D design and simulation.
