Technology Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Data Analytics solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers and data scientists.
• Define and implement best practices in engineering, DevOps, and open-source adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of SaaS-based platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong expertise in

  Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of open-source frameworks and contribution practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
