Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, ensuring high-quality code delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and enhance processes for project success. Responsibilities: - Understand company needs and define system specifications. - Plan and design technology solution structure. - Communicate system requirements to development teams. - Evaluate and select software/hardware, suggest integration methods. - Oversee programs, conduct code reviews, and guide team members. - Assist in solving technical problems and ensure agreed architecture implementation. - Address technical concerns, ideas, and monitor systems for user and business goal alignment. - Oversee junior developers, evaluate their performance effectively. Must Have Skills: - Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring completion. - Strong technical background in software development and web technologies. - Proficient in PHP, HTML, MYSQL, JavaScript, and JQuery. - Experience with frameworks like Laravel, Symphony, or CodeIgniter. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Ability to multitask, collaborate with team members, and demonstrate technical leadership. - Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building software architecture.
