Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of our FinTech products
• Lead development using Python (FastAPI/Django), Angular, and modern databasesDesign and scale secure, high-performance backend systems.
• Build responsive, secure Angular frontends.
• Design financial-grade data models and optimize high-volume transactions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability (FinTech-ready systems).
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and compliance teams.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive engineering best practicesSupport CI/CD, cloud deployments, and production stability.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, championing best practices in software development, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and select the most suitable tools, platforms, and technologies for our AI and software development stack.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams and operational playbooks.

Soft SkillsLeadership:

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to all audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a strategic vision for long-term technical growth.
• Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Experience:

• 8–12+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 3+ years in a Tech Lead / Lead Engineer role.
• Programming: Mastery of the Python ecosystem, including libraries for data science (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and web development (FastAPI, Django).
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and system design.
• Experience building transaction-heavy or FinTech systems.
• Strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance.
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.

Nice to have:

• FinTech domain experience (payments, wallets, lending, banking).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
• Exposure to security standards.
• Experience scaling products from early stage to growt.
