2.The profile requires strong experience with Microsoft technologies, hands-on project ownership (solutioning, coding, setup), and an aptitude for leveraging AI technologies in enterprise solutions.

Required Sills:

1. 8+ years of hands-on enterprise-level software development experience
2. Four-year Computer Science degree with a strong academic background
3. Experience with requirement gathering, system design, proposing technical solutions, and estimation
4. Experience with exception handling, multithreaded programming, memory management, and application tuning
5. 8+ years of development experience in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL Server
6. Hands-on experience in Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Function, Azure App Services, Azure SQL DB), Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid, Cosmos DB
7. Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and IIS configuration is expected
8. Good understanding of presentation layer frameworks like MVC, MVVM, WPF, and REST/SOAP services
9. Proven experience using design patterns, and SOLID and DRY principles in development
10. Proven experience in white-box testing using NUnit, Visual Studio Test, or other frameworks
11. Knowledge of source code versioning systems like Git, SVN, TFS
12. Cloud fundamentals
13. Experience in implementing or integrating AI/ML APIs or Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML Studio)
14. Awareness of LLM-based tools for code generation, test case automation, or documentation support
15. Ability to work as an individual contributor as required in projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on leadership through the design, planning, development, and system testing stages
2. Participate in presales activities and carry out prototyping, technical investigation, and evaluation
3. Act as an interface between stakeholders to resolve open issues and manage risks
4. Drive adoption of AI tools and frameworks into project workflows where relevant
5. Explore opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency in development and operations
6. Achieving technical and AI-related certifications as per organizational norms
7. Participate in candidate interviews and talent management

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of XAML and AngularJS
2. Experience with Web API framework
3. Experience experimenting with or deploying AI-based tools like GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Search, or AI-enhanced chatbots
4. Microsoft certifications
