Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyze and document business and technical requirements within corporate banking.

·       Experience in retail banking is optional.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to identify and implement solutions.

·       Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

·       Create necessary documentations, presentations and process charts.

·       Support the design and testing of banking/financial applications and interfaces.

·       Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience

  as a Business Analyst in the corporate banking or financial domain.
• Must have strong knowledge of corporate banking end to end processes
• Must have in-depth domain knowledge of corporate banking products and core banking systems including cash management, payments and trade.
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and basic SQL is preferred.

• Willingness to travel to Dubai for onsite work

  , when needed.
• Master’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field. (Certifications in Finance are a plus.)
• Proficiency in traditional project management as well as Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in presenting ideas and concepts to senior leaders
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks like KYC, AML, and data security.
• Experience in digital corporate banking platforms (channels) or financial data systems.
