Job Description

As a Business & Technical Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. You will be responsible for converting business needs into functional and technical specifications, including BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Wireframes. Conducting gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and process optimization will be a key part of your role. In terms of Project Management & Agile Execution, you will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. This will involve defining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, supporting Scrum ceremonies, and maintaining project roadmaps using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce. Furthermore, you will act as a Techno-Commercial & Stakeholder Communication liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and project scope. Your responsibilities will include conducting business impact assessments, managing and prioritizing initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and ROI, as well as preparing and evaluating RFI/RFP documents for project proposals and vendor selection. Additionally, you will deliver presentations and reports to senior management, showcasing your solid techno-commercial understanding. In terms of Documentation & Compliance, you will be tasked with maintaining top-notch documentation, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and business ethics standards, and creating and managing process-related SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories. Key Requirements: Technical Skills: - Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering: BRD, FRD, SRS, RFI/RFP, Gap Analysis, Use Cases. - Project & Agile Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, MS Visio, Lucidchart. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP. - Process Improvement & Automation: Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus. - Data Analysis & Reporting: MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL (preferred). Soft Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication skills (C2 English level); other language knowledge (B1) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Customer-centric mindset with outstanding stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Self-driven and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, software development, or mobile app projects. - Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.,
