Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and versatile technical business analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user stories, identifying system impacts, and recommending solutions that align with customer needs and deliver ROI on business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of complex system architectures and information flows, particularly in areas such as Order Management, Financial Systems, User Entitlements, and Technical. Strong documentation skills are essential for this role, as you will be tasked with maintaining the Confluence Wiki with key business decisions, illustrating business and technical solutions, and documenting APIs. Additionally, you will provide technical business analysis support on specified projects to ensure that user stories accurately reflect requirements and effectively communicate the business impacts of requested functionality to both business and technical teams. You will also be responsible for creating current state overviews and process diagrams using tools such as Visio when necessary. As a technical business analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, testers, developers, and project teams to answer questions, clarify requirements, and ensure the integration of technical designs to meet project requirements. You will also play a key role in scoping projects, assessing feasibility, and managing requirements work for multiple stakeholders, which may include both technical and business representatives. Effective communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, are crucial in this role, along with strong presentation skills. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will lead or participate in multiple projects by updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules as needed, prioritizing tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones, and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. You will provide leadership to team members and peers, collaborate with others, drive issue resolution, and articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and other stakeholders. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Experience working on complex financial systems, order management, or pricing systems in a regulatory industry. - Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, HTML, Python, and JIRA. Exposure to AWS and Spring Boot is a plus. - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, XML Spy, and Jira will be advantageous. - Experience simplifying system complexity and requirements. - Proficiency in working in Scrum Agile and Agile practices. - Experience with JIRA-based requirements lifecycle management. - Proven ability to create and manage requirements in the form of User Stories. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence changes that impact project ROI. - Capacity to absorb and evaluate information from various sources to identify system impacts and find cost-effective solutions.,
