Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather requirements for Retrieval workflows and enhancements.
• Document business processes, user journeys, and workflow maps for provider retrieval, vendor coordination, and chart tracking.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed

• Work with UI/UX and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and solution design.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story refinement.
• Validate deliverables through functional testing and business acceptance testing (BAT).
• Collaborate with Data and Ops teams to track retrieval KPIs (turnaround time, yield, chart volume, quality metrics).
• Maintain updated product documentation and release notes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in

  US Healthcare domain

  , preferably in

  Chart Retrieval or Chart Intake

  .
• Familiarity with provider engagement, retrieval vendors, document management, and chart tracking workflows.
• Strong understanding of data formats (Excel, CSV, 837, HL7, FHIR, CCD) preferred.
• Experience in writing detailed User Stories and test scenarios in Azure DevOps (or Jira).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retrieval vendor integration (Datavant, CIOX, etc.).
• Exposure to OCR, indexing, or NLP-based chart classification.
