Job Description

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and versatile Technical Business Analyst who excels at bridging business analysis and software development. Your main responsibilities will include gathering and translating business requirements into user stories and actively participating in the development of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with development teams. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment. - Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new features and changes. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments. - Contribute to API design and implementation. - Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and security standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot and Microservices. - 2+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories and technical documentation. - Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.,
