Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Technical Business Analyst at Avaloq, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your expertise and attention to detail will be key in defining comprehensive requirements for functions or services across products. You will work closely with Product Owners/Managers to draft detailed requirements documentation and translate complex requirements into functional specification documents with utmost accuracy and clarity. Operating within an Agile environment, you will contribute significantly to process improvement and the introduction of new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in critical collaboration with Product Owners/Managers to define comprehensive requirements for functions or services across products - Meticulously draft detailed requirements documentation for all aspects of the digital process, including UX journeys and product specifications - Utilize a diverse range of project artifacts to capture essential details necessary for the precise implementation of client builds - Translate complex requirements into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents with utmost accuracy and clarity - Maintain close collaboration with the Development team to ensure clear understanding and accurate translation of requirements - Operate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing significantly to the continuous improvement of processes and the introduction of new technologies Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of substantive experience as a Business or Technical Analyst, demonstrating a proven track record of success - Extensive knowledge and expertise in analyzing complex business needs and deriving actionable insights - Proficiency in translating intricate business requirements into precise, high-quality functional documents - Strong sense of independence coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management - Prior experience in mobile application development is highly advantageous - Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies in a professional setting - Experience working with REST APIs and proficiency in utilizing tools such as Postman - Advanced proficiency in documentation and tracking tools, including Confluence, Jira, Miro, diagramming software, and Swagger As an Avaloq employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks are paramount.
