Technical Business Analyst

Scope of Work

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations to be part of our transformation journey towards building great products.

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Work closely with the development team to support system architecture, API design, and data modeling.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different functional areas to define product specs.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to inform decisions and recommend process improvements
• Assist in product roadmap planning and support go-to-market strategy
• Coordinate with QA to define test cases and ensure product quality
• Establishing metrics, tracking success metrics, setting up KPIs and ideally OKRs
• Implement new features to solve critical problems that our customers face in their development and testing cycle.
• Gradually take ownership of product modules and drive end-to-end product development

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or related role in the technology domain

• Qualification

  : BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM
• Prior experience or interest in healthcare, diagnostics start-ups is a plus
• Working knowledge of tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma (for wireframes), and Excel

• Familiarity with database concepts (SQL), APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions
