We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in the corporate banking domain to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of corporate banking, core banking, financial systems, products, and regulatory environments. While the position is based in Kochi , the selected candidate should be open to onsite assignments in our Dubai office , based on project or client requirements. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze and document business and technical requirements within corporate banking. · Experience in retail banking is optional. · Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to identify and implement solutions. · Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. · Create necessary documentations, presentations and process charts. · Support the design and testing of banking/financial applications and interfaces. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the corporate banking or financial domain. Must have strong knowledge of corporate banking end to end processes Must have in-depth domain knowledge of corporate banking products and core banking systems including cash management, payments and trade. Must have excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and basic SQL is preferred. Willingness to travel to Dubai for onsite work , when needed. Master’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field. (Certifications in Finance are a plus.) Proficiency in traditional project management as well as Agile/Scrum environments Experience in presenting ideas and concepts to senior leaders Understanding of regulatory frameworks like KYC, AML, and data security. Experience in digital corporate banking platforms (channels) or financial data systems.
