Job Description

Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Monitoring

Track project tasks using project management tools
Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely task completion
Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Financial Tracking & Budgeting

Monitor project costs, prepare budget analysis reports
Record financial transactions, process invoices, and assist in payment tracking
Collaborate with finance for profitability analysis

Procurement & Operations

Manage intent procurement and issue project POs
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials/services
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and maintain executive calendars

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Team management and task delegation
Time management and multitasking ability
Effective communication and problem-solving
