About the Role:

Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.

• Provide proactive technical guidance and best practices to optimize product adoption and performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvements.

• Conduct technical reviews, assess risks, and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Deliver product training, technical workshops, and roadmap discussions.

• Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention and expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.

• Proficient in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations, with a strong understanding of network protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve complex issues.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate technical challenges into business impact and actionable insights.

• Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
