Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager for Telco customers at Red Hat, you will be responsible for providing personalized, proactive technology engagement, and guidance to clients using Red Hat OpenStack and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Your role involves understanding customer needs, tailoring support, and advocating on their behalf while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform technical reviews to proactively identify and prevent issues - Understand customers" technical infrastructures, hardware, and processes - Respond to online and phone support requests, conducting investigations as needed - Deliver key portfolio updates and assist with upgrades - Manage customer cases and maintain clear documentation - Create customer engagement plans and update documentation on customer environments - Ensure high customer satisfaction through the adoption life cycle of offerings - Engage with field teams and customers to ensure a positive platform experience - Communicate Red Hat platform solutions alignment with customer use cases - Contribute to developing solution patterns based on customer engagements - Share knowledge and best practices with team members - Travel to visit customers, partners, conferences, and events as required **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or computer science - Proficient in English reading and writing - Experience in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) or similar technologies - Strong understanding of RHOCP architecture and troubleshooting - Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana monitoring solutions is a plus - Administration experience with Red Hat OpenShift v4.x is beneficial - Experience with Red Hat OpenStack and system administration - Previous involvement in support, development, or quality assurance roles In summary, as a Technical Account Manager at Red Hat, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support and guidance to Telco customers using Red Hat's technologies.
