Responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful project execution. The Technical Account Manager will also coordinate effectively with sales teams to meet client needs, manage project timelines, and deliver solutions. This role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Qualifications Experience in Account Management and the ability to build strong client relationships. Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently. Sales knowledge with an ability to identify opportunities and drive results. Expertise in Project Management to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Experience in government or enterprise environments is an advantage.
