About the Role: As a JavaScript Development Intern at CultureMonkey, you’ll work alongside a passionate team of developers and directly support the creation of innovative solutions for customers around the world. You’ll get hands-on experience solving business problems in areas like Data, ITSM, CRM, HRTech, and Productivity & Collaboration. You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our projects while building your skills in a real-world environment. We care deeply about work-life balance and building a supportive, learning-first culture! What you’ll get to do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements. Assist in writing clean and reliable code with guidance from senior developers. Learn and work with JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Help design and develop RESTful APIs for frontend integration. Participate in debugging, testing, and improving existing code. Communicate effectively with the team to share progress and insights. What we’re looking for: Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap. Familiarity with JavaScript and eagerness to learn the MERN stack. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced team environment.
