About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s an engineering-first position embedded within marketing, that sits right at the intersection of AI, automation, and growth engineering. You’ll get hands-on with tools, APIs, and workflows to design and automate marketing systems that move fast, scale efficiently, and stand out by design.

Responsibilities

• Think AI-first. Use AI tools and prompt engineering to automate and enhance marketing activities
• Be at the helm of the technical architecture of our marketing stack — Webflow, UI & performance improvements, CRM integrations, analytics platforms, and AI
• Have a data-savvy mindset. Pull insights from Google Analytics and other platforms to inform decisions and uncover opportunities
• Apply structured, scalable Tech SEO best practices with a focus on site architecture, crawl efficiency, and performance optimization
• DNS Spiderman superpowers to set up and manage custom domains, SSL, redirects, and web configuration
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to solve tech challenges creatively
• Support with A/B testing, automation flows, and campaign tracking setups

Qualifications

• A final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python
• Passionate about AI, SaaS, and the intersection of marketing and technology
• Eager to apply your technical skills to real-world marketing-tech challenges
• Familiar with tools like Webflow, Zapier, N8N, Google Analytics, and good knowledge of web development through coursework, internships, or personal projects
• A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Curious, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp)
• Interest in UI/UX and data visualization
• Experience with handling and creating AI-agents
