The Role: Building Scalable Retail Technology from the Ground Up

100 Vision Center

This role is for a senior architect and strategist who can bridge business needs with deep technical execution, ensuring our systems are simple, efficient, and future-proof. You will own the full technical infrastructure, from the back-office ERP to the consumer-facing mobile app.

1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• System Ownership:

  Design and own the 3-year technology roadmap for Netre. Select, integrate, and deploy the core platforms, including

  ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HRIS

  systems.

• Scalability & Integration:

  Architect a seamless, real-time integration strategy between all core systems (HQ, Warehouse, and 100+ retail locations). Ensure systems can handle rapid transaction volume growth without downtime.

• Data Strategy:

  Define the data structure and warehousing strategy, ensuring data integrity and enabling advanced

  predictive inventory analysis

  and business intelligence.

2. Retail Operations & POS Systems

• Point-of-Sale (POS) Mastery:

  Design and implement a centralized, secure POS system capable of managing complex transactions, real-time inventory checks, and standardized billing across all 100+ center.

• Inventory & Logistics:

  Define the technical workflow for managing central warehouse inventory, product transfers, custom lens ordering, and logistics integration.

• Standardization:

  Create the standard IT infrastructure blueprint (network, hardware, security) for a new Vision Center, enabling

  fast, standardized deployment

  at scale.

3. Customer & Product Development

• Digital Product Oversight:

  Oversee the development and successful launch of all customer-facing applications: the

  eCommerce Website

  and the

  Netre Mobile App

  .

• UI/UX Leadership:

  Ensure consistent, high-quality

  User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)

  across all internal tools and customer-facing digital products.

• Emerging Tech:

  Evaluate and oversee the integration of specialized software for new product lines, such as

  Smart Glasses technology

  , ensuring a smooth technical connection to the core ERP/Inventory.

• Experience:

  Minimum 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a Senior

  Solution Architect

  or

  Technical Strategist

  role within the

  Retail or E-commerce

  sector.

• Core Systems Expertise:

  Proven, recent experience successfully designing and deploying major

  ERP, CRM, and Retail POS

  systems in a multi-location environment.

• Technical Acumen:

  Deep knowledge of modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), API integration, security protocols, and data architecture.

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and lead external vendors and internal teams.

• Goal Focus:

  Prior experience building technical infrastructure that supports

  rapid, multi-location scale

  (e.g., scaling from 10 to 100+ stores).
