Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser based in Ahmedabad. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays, arranging store layouts, and ensuring that the visual presentation aligns with the brand image. The role includes collaborating with the sales and retail teams to optimize product placements, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and driving sales. The position also involves creating engaging window displays, aligning with seasonal and promotional themes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching window displays and store layouts
• Experience in Retail and Sales to align product placement with business goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Creativity and attention to detail to ensure displays reflect the brand’s identity
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience as a visual merchandiser or in a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related area is a plus
