Role Overview: As a Senior Technology Architect & Systems Strategist at Netre, you will be responsible for building scalable retail technology from the ground up. Your visionary leadership will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying the entire technology ecosystem to support Netre's rapid expansion to 100 Vision Centers across India. You will bridge business needs with deep technical execution to ensure that the systems are simple, efficient, and future-proof. From the back-office ERP to the consumer-facing mobile app, you will own the full technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: - Design and own the 3-year technology roadmap for Netre, selecting, integrating, and deploying core platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems. - Architect a seamless, real-time integration strategy between all core systems at HQ, Warehouse, and 100+ retail locations to handle rapid transaction volume growth without downtime. - Define the data structure and warehousing strategy to ensure data integrity and enable advanced predictive inventory analysis and business intelligence. - Retail Operations & POS Systems: - Design and implement a centralized, secure POS system capable of managing complex transactions, real-time inventory checks, and standardized billing across all 100+ centers. - Define the technical workflow for managing central warehouse inventory, product transfers, custom lens ordering, and logistics integration. - Create the standard IT infrastructure blueprint for a new Vision Center, enabling fast, standardized deployment at scale. - Customer & Product Development: - Oversee the development and successful launch of customer-facing applications including the eCommerce Website and Netre Mobile App. - Ensure consistent, high-quality UI/UX across all internal tools and customer-facing digital products. - Evaluate and oversee the integration of specialized software for new product lines, such as Smart Glasses technology, ensuring a smooth technical connection to the core ERP/Inventory. Qualification Required: - Experience of minimum 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a Senior Solution Architect or Technical Strategist role within the Retail or E-commerce sector. - Proven expertise in designing and deploying major ERP, CRM, and Retail POS systems in a multi-location environment. - Deep knowledge of modern cloud architecture, API integration, security protocols, and data architecture. - Demonstrated leadership abilities in translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and leading teams to success. - Prior experience in building technical infrastructure to support rapid, multi-location scale.
