Tech Architect

You are an enthusiastic Technical Architect with 7-10 years of experience, responsible for bridging the gap between service-oriented engagements and product offerings at Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that meet client needs and long-term product goals. Your key responsibilities include defining, documenting, and maintaining technical architecture for projects and product modules, ensuring architectural decisions meet scalability, performance, and security requirements. You will translate product and client requirements into robust technical solutions, oversee system integrations, and facilitate cross-team communication. Providing guidance to developers, advocating for best engineering practices, identifying technical risks, and proposing mitigation strategies are also part of your responsibilities. You should have 7-10 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language. Hands-on experience with architectural patterns, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices is required. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to stakeholders are essential. Strategic thinking, experience with Agile methodologies, and a track record of on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment are also necessary for this role.,
