Job responsibility
- Responsible for providing technical support for IP & Data network.
- Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution.
- Key Responsibilities include: -
- IP Technical expert who can individually handle IP network Consolidation , Migration , Optimization and Platform upgradation including network IP design /redesign with different vendor platform like Huawei , Cisco IOS XR, Juniper and Nokia Router and Switches and its inter-opertibility
- Strong technical foundation with creation of HLD/LLD, preparation of migration plan, In detail MOP creation with step wise configuration , Pre/post validation , roll out in alignment with Stakeholder and day 2 troubleshooting during observation period
- Responsible for 24*7 Post execution support for maintaining the availability of the MPLS Network, its various elements and services riding on the network. Incumbent would be working in shift handling various network incidents, mitigating and restoring the same. Incumbent would work for supporting various IP, VPN and other MPLS enabled services Customer issues identified to be related to the network or migration fault.one would be driving the N/w strength
- As a member of Service Assurance resolution of faults at lightening speeds and steering network away from faults would be the prime focus. Handling the escalation and leading the shift operation
- Technical administration or troubleshooting to ensure the efficient functionality of the solution.
- Knowledge of IP subnetting & routing and cloud computing will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in VOIP, PSTN & IP telephony.
- Knowledge of UCAAS/UCC will have added advantages.
- Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
- Candidates should be open for shift work, including nights and weekends.

- Over 3 to 10+ years of experience in Voice & VAS core domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge IP core network.
- TCP/IP, MPLS VPNs - Layer 2 & 3 VPNs, BGP, OSPF, IP QoS, MPLS QoS, Switching (MST) , Multicast ,IPv6,GRE, IPSEC, DMVPN, SD-WAN SSL.Firewall
- Huawei, Nokia , Cisco , Arista , Juniper Series routers and switches .FortiGate firewall , DDOS solution , SD WAN .Knowledge of Transport networks and WAN troubleshooting.
- - Knowledge of Transport networks and WAN troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
