Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel, responsible for leading the reservation team and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the reservation team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
Experience with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
