Job Title: Team Leader – Inside Sales

Department: Sales
Location: Gr. Noida West
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of inside sales executives to achieve revenue targets. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in sales efficiency and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Leadership
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team.
  • Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-oriented work culture.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Drive end-to-end inside sales operations — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
  • Coordinate with marketing to optimize lead flow and conversion.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track team performance using CRM tools and Excel dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, calls, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and conduct skill enhancement sessions.
  • Support team members in improving communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding inside sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong knowledge of sales process, customer journey, and objection handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of total sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Individual and team sales targets achieved.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Team productivity and engagement score.

Compensation:

Competitive salary + Incentives + Performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
