Position: Team Leader – Jal Shakti Media Project

Location: Delhi
Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

INCL has executed several projects with Central and State Ministries, focusing on impactful storytelling, visibility, and nationwide awareness through integrated media management.

Role Overview

The Team Leader (Jal Shakti Project) will be responsible for the overall supervision, strategic planning, and monitoring of the media management activities under the Jal Shakti project. The role requires coordination across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, project delivery, and alignment with client (Ministry/Department) expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of experience in Media Project Management, handling multi-stakeholder communication programs.
• Experience in working with Central/State Government / PSUs / Autonomous bodies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all media management activities for the Jal Shakti project.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to understand project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, media timelines, and content strategies.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance public awareness and visibility of the project.
• Manage content dissemination and optimization across digital and social platforms.
• Lead SEO and digital visibility initiatives for online campaigns.
• Coordinate workshops, consultations, and events under the project’s communication plan.
• Monitor media performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and ensure timely submission to the client.
• Mentor and manage the communication team to ensure high-quality execution.
