Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across all major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital product listings, inventory handling, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and keywords across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and company website.
• Coordinate product uploads, cataloging, and image uploads in alignment with platform guidelines.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns on all e-commerce portals.
• Execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to increase visibility and sales.
• Monitor sales reports, analyze platform performance, and share insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with policies of each marketplace.
• Handle ratings, reviews, and customer feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO/SEM improvement on e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the FMCG/Consumer Goods sector will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
