Role & responsibilities - Manage Unicommerce OMS for daily order processing across all online sales channels.Handle channel link / unlink setup for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Shopify website, and other 3PP integrations.Create and maintain Master Data in Unicommerce (SKU creation, inventory mapping, product listings, warehouse setup, pricing updates, etc.).Monitor and resolve Error Logs including failed order sync, AWB push failure, invoice push issues, and dispatch update errors across portals.Ensure correct and timely order flow from marketplaces/website Unicommerce ERP/WMS (including SAP B1).Coordinate with internal teams to manage stock levels, pricing corrections, and listing improvement.Raise support tickets with Unicommerce team and follow up till closure.Perform daily reconciliation of orders, returns, and inventory across channels.Preferred candidate profileStrong working knowledge of Unicommerce OMS (mandatory).Understanding of E-commerce marketplace operations and API integrations.Ability to troubleshoot sync and mapping issues. Good Excel skills for reporting and data handling.Strong communication and coordination ability.
