Event Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and management of events, activations, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of all event requirements.
• Handle on-ground logistics including setup, branding, registration, crowd control, and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety standards, and government/local regulations.
• Support budgeting, documentation, billing, and post-event reporting.
• Prepare event kits, materials, and manage inventory.
• Assist with client servicing and feedback collection during and after events.
• Capture event photos and videos (as required) for documentation and marketing purposes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in coordinating corporate, marketing, or promotional events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of on-ground branding, production, and event vendor coordination.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; basic knowledge of budgeting tools is a plus.
• Graduate in Mass Communication, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
