We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales / Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating extraordinary events. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, meetings, and industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, hotels, and venues. Pitch our event services to potential customers and convert leads into sales. Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Marketing & Brand Development: Create and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness. Develop promotional campaigns for social media, email marketing, and offline activations. Work with the design team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals. Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and networking events. Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions. Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups from inquiry to event execution. Maintain strong relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the events industry. Strong network of corporate clients, wedding planners, and event vendors. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
