Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales / Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating extraordinary events.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, meetings, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, hotels, and venues.
• Pitch our event services to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing & Brand Development:

• Create and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
• Develop promotional campaigns for social media, email marketing, and offline activations.
• Work with the design team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
• Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

• Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions.
• Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups from inquiry to event execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the events industry.
• Strong network of corporate clients, wedding planners, and event vendors.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,132.35 - ₹30,646.62 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
