Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role based in Pune. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution. Day-to-day tasks include developing event plans, managing budgets, conducting site visits, handling customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee all aspects of event execution
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Sales experience to promote and upsell various event solutions
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing deadlines
• Experience in the events or media industry is preferred
