URGENT HIRRING TEAM LEADER/FINACIAL ADVISOR

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand client's financial goals and recommend suitable product solutions.

- Present and explain Kotak Life’s product portfolio.

- Achieve monthly goals and performance targets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Generate new business & leads through customers.

- Assist clients with documentation, policy issuance, renewals, and queries.

🔹 ELIGIBILITY

- Minimum: Freshers & Experienced both eligible.

(Graduation is mandatory).

- Excellent communication and interpersona skills.

- Sales-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation.

- Basic digital literacy and ability to work independently.

(Local Candidates Preferred)
