Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Partner based in New Delhi, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Agency Partner will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of insurance agents, providing training and support, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
