Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Manager at Kotak Life Insurance PVT Ltd. The role is based in Bengaluru with the possibility of some work from home. The Chief Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment and Development Manager – Agency Partner Channel and similar positions, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
