Job Description

The Chief Manager – Real Estate is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and business development activities in the real estate division. The role involves strategizing, leading sales teams, managing client relationships, ensuring project profitability, and driving overall business growth for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the real estate market.
  • Drive end-to-end sales for residential, commercial, or plotted projects.
  • Manage high-value client negotiations and finalize deals.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability and teamwork.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Work closely with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support in pricing strategy, project positioning, and brand building.

4. Operations & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with project, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution of deals.
  • Ensure timely handover, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project sales progress and report MIS to management.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales service and customer support.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Real Estate Management (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, legal documentation, and RERA compliance.
