Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Partner, located in Ahmednagar. The Agency Partner will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, driving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building strong agency channels, facilitating agent development, monitoring sales performance, and guiding agents to achieve their sales targets and deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment, training, and management skills
• Sales and business development experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with the health insurance industry and products
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; additional qualifications in Insurance will be a plus
