Team leader

A Real Estate Team Leader job involves guiding agents, setting sales goals, providing training/mentorship, monitoring performance, and ensuring client satisfaction while also handling deals and market analysis, bridging team success with company objectives through strong leadership and strategic planning. Key duties include recruiting, developing training, managing workflow, analyzing data, and being a liaison between agents, management, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, motivate, and provide ongoing coaching to agents, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, monitor performance, and analyze market trends to find growth opportunities.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, manage workflow, ensure compliance with laws, and handle complex client issues or negotiations.
• Client Relations: Ensure excellent customer service, build relationships with stakeholders, and act as a point of escalation for difficult client situations.
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports for upper management and keep them updated on team progress and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful real estate agent/consultant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding of local market trends, real estate laws, and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
