Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at Manque Global Services Pvt Ltd, with 3-7 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
